Quality inspection begins with a written scope. Agree who takes samples, when and where, how the samples are sealed, which laboratory performs the tests and which results govern acceptance. Include a clear procedure for disputed results.
A practical inspection can address P₂O₅, other chemical components, moisture, particle distribution and quantity. If the destination requires trace elements or heavy metals, add those tests explicitly. Photographs establish appearance only and cannot certify chemical grade.
Independent inspection before loading may be agreed. Define the allowed variance, the point of transfer, the governing certificate and the consequences of nonconformity before the shipment is arranged.
